Job summary

Pivot Services in South Africa seeks a Short-Term Insurance Adviser to write personal and commercial lines for Momentum Insure targets. You will generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while conducting thorough needs analyses for clients. Requirements include Matric/Grade 12 with FAIS credits, RE5, and CPD points; a minimum of 3 years’ short-term insurance sales experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 with FAIS Credits (min 30 credits in short term insurance if appointment date is before 2010) or a full recognised qualification as per the FSCA list.
• FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives (RE5).
• 12 CPD points if registered for 1 line of business, 18 CPD points if registered for both commercial and personal lines.

Responsibilities

• Source lead opportunities to ensure a healthy, income-generating pipeline; target 8.5 written policies per month.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospective clients to discharge on advice responsibly.
• Stay compliant with regulations and professional guidelines; be familiar with Momentum Insure product changes.
