Job summary

HAZENDAL WINE ESTATE in Stellenbosch is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an outstanding dining experience. You will supervise staff, manage shifts, and support management to meet business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to customer service, health & safety, and cost control. Working hours include weekends and holidays as needed.
