• Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen standards.
• Experience with recipe costing, portion control, ordering, stocktakes and waste management.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Creative; organised, detail-oriented and commercially aware.
