Job summary

Perfect Placement Recruitment is hiring for a Restaurant Manager in Groblersbrug. The successful candidate will manage the entire service operation, maintain guest relationships, and oversee staff rostering. A formal hospitality qualification and 3 years in a management role are essential.

The position offers a salary between R15 000 and R18 000 and includes live-in accommodation. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Micros System experience required.
• 3 years’ experience in a management position in a Restaurant / Hotel.
• Polite and friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire service operation of the restaurant.
• Create and maintain relationships with guests in the restaurant.
• Conduct daily meetings and handovers with staff.
