Placements24 is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a premier Upington venue in the Northern Cape. You will lead daily operations, manage the front-of-house team, and uphold the standards of a fine dining experience.

The role requires a minimum of four years in restaurant management, with a passion for hospitality, wine and spirits knowledge, and hands-on leadership in a high-end setting. Upington location, evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fine dining.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing front-of-house team.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food & beverage operations.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and P&L oversight.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and POS systems.

Key Responsibilities
