Job summary

Mayfly Agri in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, service delivery and front-of-house leadership. You will ensure high dining standards, manage stock, scheduling and cost controls.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and administrative abilities, with the capacity to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Owning transport is advantageous for on-site duties and shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have Matric (National Senior Certificate).
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience managing a restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, stock control and cost management.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good administrative and organizational ability.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Managing the restaurant's daily operations and service delivery.
