Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-end a la carte dining and deli operations.
• Experience managing high-volume service environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Guest-centric mindset and commitment to exceptional hospitality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Must reside in the Cape Winelands and have reliable transport.
