Job summary

Karen Tupper Recruitment is seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor for an upmarket venue in Cape Town. The role requires strong leadership, superb F&B service, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining high presentation standards. Only SA citizens based in Cape Town who can attend interviews in person will be considered.

Qualifications

• Must be SA Citizens.
• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience in an upmarket restaurant.
• Computer literate with POS systems.
• Excellent English communication.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Based in Cape Town; attend interviews in person.
• Reliable transport; well presented and groomed.
• Friendly, outgoing personality; able to work under pressure.
