Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric); Hospitality Management qualification advantageous.

Proven experience developing and managing SOPs and ensuring regulatory compliance (food safety, liquor, labour, OHS).

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & SOPs: Oversee daily service, manage opening/closing procedures, and ensure seamless operations. Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring full compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, health & safety, and labour legislation.
• Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
