Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining the dining area, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all guests' needs met and any special requests accommodated.
• Answer any questions about menu items and make recommendations when necessary.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic dining experience for guests.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Attend all required training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager or other supervisors.
