You will work directly with clients to shape living spaces, then coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure vision is realized with quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate brings a strong residential portfolio, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and excellent communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in designing high-quality residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering software.
• Strong portfolio of diverse residential design styles.
• Excellent client communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Understanding of local building practices and Free State trends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and requirements for their new homes.
• Develop innovative and functional residential design concepts, floor plans, and elevations.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, interior designers, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Oversee the construction phase to ensure designs are implemented accurately and to high standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and zoning regulations in Bloemfontein.
