Placements24 is seeking a talented Residential Architect to join our design-focused team in Randburg, Gauteng. You will lead design development for high-quality homes and multi-unit developments, ensuring functionality and contextual integration with the Randburg site.

You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors, preparing conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations. The role requires SACAP registration and a strong residential portfolio.

Qualifications

• Licensed architect with SACAP registration.
• Minimum 5 years in residential architecture.
• Strong portfolio of residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for diverse residential projects.
• Develop conceptual designs, floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations for client presentations.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic preferences.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation and specifications for residential builds.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the design and construction phases.
• Conduct site analysis and ensure designs are contextually appropriate for Randburg.
