Qualifications

• Registered Architect (PrArch) with SACAP or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering a range of residential projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit) and 2D CAD software.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and materials.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• A portfolio showcasing successful residential architectural designs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for residential projects, from concept development to final construction documentation.
• Engage with clients to define project requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts.
• Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, zoning ordinances, and energy efficiency standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes to enhance design aesthetics and functionality.
