Placements24 is seeking a talented Residential Design Architect for a senior-level contract role, focusing on bespoke luxury homes in Centurion, Gauteng. You will lead design concepts from briefing to construction-ready drawings, coordinating with engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects to deliver high-end residences.

You must have a strong portfolio of luxury residential projects, SACAP registration, and a professional architecture degree.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture required.

• Minimum 6 years post-graduate experience in high-end residential design.
• Strong portfolio of residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative architectural designs for luxury residential projects.
• Prepare design presentations, sketches, and 3D visualizations for client review.
• Translate client requirements and site constraints into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
