Placements24 is seeking a Residential Design Architect in Upington, Northern Cape to lead design for private homes from concept to construction drawings. You will translate client needs into functional, aesthetically pleasing living spaces while coordinating with engineers and contractors.

The role requires a strong residential portfolio, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, and a deep understanding of South African residential building practices.Upington location

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Minimum 5 years of residential design experience.
• Proven portfolio of residential projects demonstrating strong design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of SA residential codes and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for private residential projects from conceptualization to final documentation.
• Consult with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
