Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in reservoir engineering with a focus on EOR.
• Proven experience with reservoir simulation software and EOR process modeling.
• Strong understanding of fluid properties, phase behavior, and reservoir flow dynamics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reservoir studies to assess viability of EOR projects (thermal, chemical, gas injection).
• Develop and calibrate reservoir simulation models to predict EOR performance and optimize injection strategies.
• Design and implement pilot EOR projects and scale up successful operations.
• Analyze production data from EOR projects to monitor performance and adjust strategies.
• Evaluate economic feasibility of EOR proposals and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with geoscience and production teams to integrate EOR plans into field development.
