Qualifications

• Proven experience in a reservations role within a luxury lodge, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
• Strong knowledge of reservations systems and booking platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional manner.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings, confirmations, and guest correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and enquiries simultaneously under pressure.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Guest-focused with the ability to deliver a personalised and professional experience from first contact.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming reservations enquiries across all channels, including email, phone, and online booking platforms.
• Process bookings accurately and timeously, issuing confirmations and pro forma invoices as required.
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate reservations system at all times.
• Communicate guest preferences, special requirements, and arrival details to all relevant departments.
• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and no-shows in line with property policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, operators, and direct guests.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy and reservations reports for management.
• Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure all guest correspondence is professional, accurate, and reflects the property's brand standards.
• Live-in position
• 6 / 2 days work cycle
• 21 days annual leave per annum
