Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management reporting function, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly financial reporting.
• Review complex General Ledger transactions, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee month-end reporting, reconciliations, and reporting deliverables.
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to drive performance and accountability.
• Strengthen financial controls and improve reporting accuracy across the finance function.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide meaningful financial analysis and commercial insights.

Job Experience and Skills Required
