Job summary

Momentum is seeking a Reporting Analyst to investigate, translate data, and meet the Service Recovery team’s reporting needs. The role focuses on data extraction, trend analysis, and delivering insightful reports to management and clients.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular investigations, developing reporting solutions, and maintaining client relationships while supporting SLA delivery and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years data analysis and reporting experience
• Relevant degree is required
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Engage in and ensure effective manual data extraction and management for reporting
• Exploring data to understand trends to improve reporting efficiency and delivery
• Performing regular investigations and reporting on results and trends, and making recommendations
• Developing creative and unique solutions to analyse and solve business problems
• Consolidate quarterly data and prepare reports for the management team
• Set up reporting processes where necessary
• Ad hoc reports: development, analysis, report writing and presentation
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor service levels and suggest adjustments to SLAs
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices in reporting
