Qualificações

• 3 years data analysis and reporting experience
• Relevant degree is required
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required

Responsabilidades

• Engage in and ensure effective manual data extraction and management for reporting
• Exploring data to understand trends to improve reporting efficiency and delivery
• Performing regular investigations and reporting on results and trends, and making recommendations
• Developing creative and unique solutions to analyse and solve business problems
• Consolidate quarterly data and prepare reports for the management team
• Set up reporting processes where necessary
• Ad hoc reports: development, analysis, report writing and presentation
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor service levels and suggest adjustments to SLAs
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices in reporting

Role Purpose

The purpose of the reporting analyst role is the investigation, translation of data and technical reporting needs for the Service Recovery team.

Duties and Responsibilities

DATA ANALYSIS

• Engage in and ensure effective manual data extraction and management for reporting
• Exploring data to understand trends to improve reporting efficiency and delivery and to understand and anticipate internal client’s needs
• Performing regular investigations and reporting on the results and trends, as well as making recommendations
• Developing creative and unique solutions and ideas to analyse and solve a business problem or highlight risks
• Consolidate quarterly data and prepare reports for the management team
• Set up reporting processes where necessary
• Ad hoc reports: development, analysis, report writing and presentation
