Qualifications

• Completed National Senior Certificate or equivalent Trade qualification.
• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field advantageous.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in mine rental sales.
• Strong technical background with field application pumps.
• Strong technical sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and related sales programs.
• Valid driver's license code B or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Identify opportunities, conduct sales transactions and address inquiries.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service and resolve issues.
• Stay updated on product offerings and educate customers on features.

Job Summary

The Rental Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing strategic rental accounts, developing and implementing rental sales strategies, and achieving rental sales targets. They identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and provide excellent after-sales service to retain customers. The Representative also conducts market research, analyzes industry trends, and provides strategic recommendations to senior management. This role requires extensive experience in rental sales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Conduct sales transactions and handle customer inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns

Product Knowledge

• Stay up-to-date on product offerings and promotions
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of products

Administrative Tasks
