Job summary

You will manage and grow strategic rental accounts, develop rental sales strategies, and aim to meet rental sales targets while building relationships with key clients and providing after-sales service.

The role requires extensive experience in rental sales, strong analytics, and the ability to develop and maintain customer relations, along with knowledge of pumps and related products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field is preferred.
• National Senior Certificate or trade qualification is required.
• 3–5 years of mine rental sales experience is required.
• Strong technical background with field application pumps and technical sales experience.

Job Summary: The Rental Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing strategic rental accounts, developing and implementing rental sales strategies, and achieving rental sales targets. They identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and provide excellent after-sales service to retain customers. The Representative also conducts market research, analyzes industry trends, and provides strategic recommendations to senior management. This role requires extensive experience in rental sales, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relations.

Sales and Customer Service

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Conduct sales transactions and handle customer inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns

Product Knowledge

Qualifications

• Completed National Senior Certificate or equivalent Trade qualification.
• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in mine rental sales.
• Strong technical background with field application pumps.
• Strong technical sales experience.
• Proficient in the MS office and related sales programs.
• Valid driver’s license code B or higher.
