Job summary

Plusonex in Johannesburg seeks a Renewals Specialist to support the Customer Success team by managing renewals accurately and on time, with a strong focus on financial integrity and data accuracy.

You will prepare renewal calculations, maintain commercial records, assist with renewal forecasting and expansion quotes, and collaborate with Finance, Operations and Sales to protect recurring revenue in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Commerce is required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience in renewals, sales operations, or related administrative role.
• Strong Excel proficiency and experience with CRM systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal timelines, ensuring quotes and agreements are prepared and processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across all relevant systems.
• Support renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility, escalating risks or churn as per internal processes.
• Collaborate with Head of Customer Success to support renewal readiness and execution.
• Prepare renewal calculations including proration, multi-year pricing, and discount structures.
• Prepare and validate expansion quotes in line with pricing guidelines and escalate non-standard pricing for approval.
