Job summary

iqbusiness is seeking a Renewals Specialist to support the Customer Success team in managing renewals accurately and on time. The role is administrative and data-driven, focusing on renewal calculations, agreements, and record-keeping across systems.

Responsibilities include maintaining data integrity, supporting renewal forecasting, and coordinating with Head of Customer Success, Finance and Operations to retain recurring revenue. 1–3 years’ experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in bookkeeping, renewals, sales ops, or similar admin/commercial role.
• Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
• Exposure to SaaS or subscription models is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal timelines and ensure quotes/agreements are accurate and timely.
• Maintain records and data integrity across systems.
• Support renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility.
