IQbusiness is seeking a Renewals Specialist in Johannesburg to support the Customer Success team with accurate renewal calculations, pricing, and contract records. The role focuses on financial accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to internal processes with limited client interaction.

You will coordinate with Head of Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to drive retention and recurring revenue, leveraging Planhat/Salesforce, Excel, and standardized pricing models in a SaaS environment.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in renewals, sales operations, or similar administrative/commercial role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with CRM or commercial systems (Planhat, Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage renewal timelines, ensuring quotes and agreements are prepared and processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across relevant systems.
• Support renewal forecasting and pipeline visibility and escalate risks or churn per internal processes.
• Prepare renewal calculations including proration, multi-year pricing, and discount structures.
• Prepare and validate expansion quotes in line with pricing guidelines.
• Process expansion requests accurately and escalate non-standard pricing for approval.
• Ensure activities are recorded and documentation is audit-ready.
