Job summary

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Renewals Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own a portfolio of customer renewals, managing the renewal process from notice to close and keeping contracts on track.

Key responsibilities include proactive renewal outreach, identifying at-risk accounts, updating CRM records, and collaborating with sales and customer success on upsell opportunities. The role is fully remote from SA with UK business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing renewals or subscription contracts.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Comfortable with outbound customer calls and emails.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working UK business hours.
