Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• 7+ years in operations management with 3+ years in renewable energy.
• Proven experience with solar PV or wind energy systems.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and personnel.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with operational management software and tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Gauteng or similar operational environments preferred.
