Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with power systems focus.
• 3–5 years' experience in grid integration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of grid codes and interconnection processes.
• Experience with power system dynamics and simulation tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform grid interconnection studies (power flow, short-circuit, transient stability) for renewables.
• Ensure compliance with national and regional grid codes and connection requirements.
• Collaborate with utilities and grid operators on interconnection applications.
• Develop technical specifications for grid connection equipment and systems.
• Provide technical support during design, construction, and commissioning.
• Analyze grid performance and identify issues in renewable integration.
