Placements24 is seeking a passionate Remote Wellness Coach to guide clients across South Africa from our Pretoria hub. The role delivers online coaching spanning nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mindfulness to help clients set and achieve sustainable health goals.

You will empower clients with accountability, evidence-based strategies, and ongoing support via secure digital platforms, maintaining confidential records and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized coaching institution (e.g., ICF accredited).
• Minimum of 4 years of professional wellness coaching or related experience.
• Deep understanding of holistic health, nutrition, exercise physiology, and mental well-being.
• Excellent active listening, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Proficiency with virtual tools and client management software.

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to assess clients' current wellness status and future aspirations.
