Placements24 seeks a dedicated Holistic Wellness Coach for a fully remote role in its expanding virtual wellness team. This position focuses on guiding individuals toward balanced, healthier lifestyles through mind-body approaches.

You will conduct assessments, craft personalized plans across nutrition, fitness, stress management and mindfulness, and provide regular coaching sessions via video to help clients achieve health goals from home.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized holistic health or wellness coaching program.
• Proven experience in coaching individuals toward health and lifestyle changes.
• Strong knowledge in nutrition, fitness, stress management, and mindfulness techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth wellness assessments with clients to identify goals, challenges, and areas for improvement in holistic health.
• Develop personalized, actionable wellness plans incorporating nutrition, stress management, fitness, and mindfulness.
• Provide regular one-on-one coaching sessions (via video conference) to guide, motivate, and support clients in achieving their health objectives.
