Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a passionate Remote Wellness Coach to join our virtual health platform, working remotely from South Africa. You will guide clients toward health goals through personalized coaching in nutrition, fitness, stress management, and overall well-being.

You will develop customized action plans, provide ongoing support, motivate lasting lifestyle changes, and collaborate with healthcare professionals when appropriate to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized coaching program (ICF/NBHWC).
• Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Nutrition, Psychology, or Kinesiology preferred.
• Proven experience in health or wellness coaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions to assess client health, goals and challenges.
• Develop personalized wellness plans covering nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress.
• Provide ongoing support, accountability and motivation via digital channels.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices and evidence-based practices.
• Track progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for integrated care.
