Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a data-driven Remote Warehouse Operations Analyst to enhance efficiency across a distributed network of warehouses. You will analyze operational data, develop KPIs, and implement data-backed strategies to optimize inventory management and resource allocation from a remote location.

The role requires 3–5 years in operations analysis within logistics, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Power BI or Tableau. A quantitative bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis within logistics or warehousing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse operational data (e.g., throughput, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency) to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize KPIs for warehouse operations.
• Recommend and support the implementation of process improvements and best practices across facilities.
• Assist in forecasting staffing needs and optimizing resource allocation based on operational demands.
• Collaborate with remote site managers and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and system effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies impacting warehouse operations.
