Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Remote Warehouse Data Analyst to drive insights and improvements within warehousing operations. Working entirely from home, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from warehouse systems to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize inventory management, workflow efficiency, and overall operational performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication for remote collaboration and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from warehouse management systems (WMS) and other sources.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards visualizing key warehouse performance metrics (KPIs).
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in inventory, order fulfillment, and operational data.
Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to management for process improvements.
Collaborate remotely with warehouse operations and IT teams to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
