Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst to support operations from a remote capacity. The role focuses on dissecting complex logistics data, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending data-backed improvements to transportation networks.

You will develop models and reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cost-effectiveness and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics data including costs, transit times, and inventory to identify improvements.
• Develop models and reports to track KPIs across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to implement cost-reduction strategies.
• Research industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Assist in forecasting demand and planning for future logistics needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to management clearly.
