Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and strategic planning initiatives.
• Develop long-term operational strategies and business plans.
• Drive efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.
• Lead strategic initiatives, including market expansion and new service development.
• Provide executive reporting on performance to the CEO and Board.
• Ensure compliance and manage budgets and resources.
