Placements24 is seeking a visionary Director of Global Strategy & Operations for a fully remote role. You will shape the company's global strategic initiatives, optimize international operations, and drive sustainable growth across all markets.

The role requires 12-15 years of senior experience in strategic planning or consulting, an MBA or master's degree, and proven ability to lead diverse, geographically dispersed teams while engaging executives to set priorities.

Formación

• Master's degree or MBA from a globally recognized institution.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, operations, or business consulting with global focus.
• Proven success in developing global strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of global market dynamics and international business practices.
• Self-starter in a fully remote, autonomous environment.
• Experience in Cape Town market or SA exposure is a plus but not required.
