Qualifications

Master's degree required in a relevant field.
9+ years of experience in strategic planning or operations with execution focus.
Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives.
Strong understanding of business strategy, financial modeling, and project management methodologies.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Remote leadership experience is essential.
