The Director will optimize business processes, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business operations management.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Lean/Six Sigma and process optimization.
• Excellent project management skills across complex, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the execution of key business processes across departments.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from conception to completion.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track operational performance.
• Manage budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Collaborate with department heads to align operational plans with business goals.
• Implement and refine operational policies and procedures.
• Drive adoption of best practices in project management and process optimization.
• Contribute to strategic planning and leadership decisions.
