Placements24 is seeking an experienced Video Game Producer to join their remote-first team near Port Elizabeth. You will drive key development projects from concept to release, coordinating schedules, budgets and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality titles.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong communication, and solid project management skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Asana or Trello.

Qualifications

• Proven producer or senior PM experience in games.
• Strong knowledge of game development processes and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Jira, Asana or Trello.
• Exceptional remote communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of game projects across lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (art, design, programming, QA).
• Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks.
• Define milestones, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Report progress and metrics to senior management.
