Placements24 in Gauteng is seeking an experienced Senior Game Producer to lead the development lifecycle of AAA titles from concept to launch in our Tembisa studio. You will guide cross-functional teams, balance budgets, set schedules, and ensure high-quality releases that align with the creative vision.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in game production, a track record of shipping multiple titles across PC, console, and mobile, and strong expertise in Jira, Asana, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 8+ years in game production with at least 3 years in senior producer roles for titles launched in Gauteng.
• Proven track record shipping multiple titles across PC, console, and mobile platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Asana, MS Project and agile development methodologies.
• Deep understanding of the game development pipeline and Arts & Entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities, defining milestones, tracking progress, and mitigating risks.
• Facilitate clear communication between development teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
