Placements24 in Rustenburg is seeking a dynamic Video Game Producer to lead the development lifecycle of new titles. You will coordinate between design, art, programming, QA, and marketing to deliver on time, within budget, and at high quality.

You will drive schedules, manage risks, and mentor teams, with experience across Unity/Unreal and Agile practices. This is an on-site role in South Africa with a strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in game development, with at least 3 in producer or PM role.
• Proven track record shipping multiple titles across platforms.
• Strong understanding of full game development pipeline from pre to post-launch.
• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
