Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Urban Planning.
- Experience in architectural design with a strong emphasis on urban planning or master planning.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and presentation tools.
- Familiarity with GIS software is a plus.
- Understanding of urban design principles, zoning, and development processes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual designs and master plans for urban development projects.
- Analyze site conditions, zoning regulations, and community needs.
- Produce design documentation, including site plans, diagrams, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders in a remote setting.
- Research sustainable urban design strategies and best practices.
- Contribute to client presentations and community engagement processes.
