The candidate will conduct virtual information sessions, advise on programs and financial aid, and manage applications while collaborating with academic departments to ensure accurate program details for applicants

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in university admissions, recruitment, or related student advising.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and chat.
• Conduct virtual one-on-one advising sessions to discuss program options, admission requirements, and financial aid.
• Host and present in online information sessions and webinars for prospective students.
• Guide applicants through the completion and submission of their applications.
• Review application materials, ensuring completeness and adherence to university policies.
• Advise applicants on academic qualifications and potential eligibility for various programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and application statuses in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate program information is provided to applicants.
• Meet or exceed enrollment targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about university offerings, admission policies, and market trends.
