Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Program Coordinator to support planning, implementation, and coordination of educational programs. This fully remote role emphasizes strong administrative and communication skills to deliver high-quality services for children.

You will manage logistics, volunteers, databases, and stakeholder communications while helping to monitor budgets and produce impact reports from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Social Work, or related field.
• 1-3 years of program coordination or administrative experience, preferably in non-profit/education.
• Proficiency in MS Office and virtual meeting platforms; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, development, and implementation of educational programs.
• Coordinate program logistics: scheduling, materials, communications.
• Manage program databases and maintain records of participants, activities, outcomes.
• Support recruitment, training, and management of program volunteers and mentors.
• Communicate with participants, parents, and stakeholders via email/phone/virtual platforms.
• Prepare reports on program activities, progress, impact.
• Help develop program materials, newsletters, and promotional content.
• Facilitate virtual meetings and workshops with smooth technical operation.
• Monitor budgets and assist with expense tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of program delivery and participant experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in child education and coordination.
