Placements24 seeks an University Admissions Counselor to remotely support prospective students about Stellenbosch campus programs. You will guide inquiries through the admissions process, review applications, and engage with educational partners to drive enrollment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, CRM usage, and the ability to manage a remote workload while traveling to educational fairs when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Education.
• 2+ years of experience in university admissions, recruitment, or higher education advising.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems for prospect management and admissions tracking.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and their families on admission requirements, program options, and financial aid.
• Review and evaluate admission applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Conduct virtual information sessions and webinars to showcase university programs and campus life.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other feeder institutions.
• Achieve and exceed established enrollment targets for assigned territories or programs.
