Placements24 is seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join a fully remote team, contributing to the enhancement of digital products and user experiences. You will drive the full product lifecycle from research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototyping and final visuals.

The role emphasizes user-centered design, collaboration across distributed teams, and delivering intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showing design process and finished projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guides to ensure brand coherence across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders in a remote setting.
• Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing interface designs.
