Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service or travel reservations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient with booking systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Knowledge of Soweto travel needs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers regarding travel bookings.
• Assist customers in selecting and booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, availability, pricing, and policies.
• Process payments and confirm bookings efficiently and accurately.
• Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain detailed customer records and booking information in the reservation system.
• Upsell relevant travel products and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and company offerings.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with travel regulations.
