Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Operations Coordinator to support their growing travel services division. This fully remote role focuses on planning itineraries, coordinating with suppliers, and delivering high-quality travel experiences from your home office.

You will manage flights, accommodation, transfers, and tours, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records in our systems while ensuring exceptional service delivery for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, coordination, or travel planning, preferably remote.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport with suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and tours.
• Liaise with travel suppliers to confirm bookings and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide timely and accurate operational support to clients and internal teams throughout the travel process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or emergencies during travel.
• Maintain detailed records of bookings, client information, and operational activities within the company’s systems.
