Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operational tasks and projects across remote teams.
• Facilitate communication between team members, departments and stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and logistics for virtual meetings/events.
• Maintain and update operational documentation, databases, and reporting systems.
• Provide administrative support and track progress of operational initiatives.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and propose efficiency improvements.
