Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and online collaboration tools.
• A passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, vet, and onboard new tour guides based on company standards and client needs.
• Develop and deliver training programs for tour guides, covering safety, customer service, and local knowledge.
• Schedule tour guides for various tours and excursions, managing availability and ensuring optimal coverage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tour guides, providing support and addressing any issues that arise.
• Monitor guide performance and collect feedback to ensure consistent quality of service.
• Assist in developing tour content and ensuring its accuracy and engagement.
